Oxford College of Engineering & Management (OCEM), Bhubaneswar, is not just a technical institute but a techno orienting movement committed to spread quality technical and professional education in a techno-hungry state like Odisha in particular and the country in general. It was set up in 2008 under the management of Sai Radhakrishna Seba Education and Charitable Trust, Bhubaneswar. Set up for imparting B.Tech in engineering, OCEM is a mammoth move to provide the much-desired impetus to the current renaissance in technical and professional education in an era when the world is fast shrinking to a global village.

At the beginning of each semester, a student is required to clear all college dues and register for all subjects of the semester as per the academic regulation of the BPUT. Every student is required to register for a semester on the first day and then only he is allowed to attend classes as a student of that particular semester.
